Prep Time: 10 m. ● Cook Time: 15 m.

Serves: 3

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp ranch dressing powder
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Neutral oil
  • 3 Tbsp mayo
  • 1 Tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Western-style chili sauce
  • 3 burger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
Instructions:
  1. Mix patties:
Add ground beef, sour cream, ranch powder, bacon, cheddar, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Mix until just combined—don’t overwork.

  2. Form patties:
Divide into 3 portions and form loosely packed patties.

  3. Preheat Claypot Oven:
Set to Sear/Sauté HIGH. Once hot, add a drizzle of neutral oil.

  4. Cook patties:
Place patties directly into your Claypot. Cook undisturbed until well browned, about 4–5 minutes. Flip carefully (they're soft!) and cook the other side until done. Remove and set aside.

  5. Make sauce:
In a small bowl, mix mayo, mustard, and chili sauce.

  6. Toast buns:
Place buns cut-side down in your Claypot. Toast for 1–2 minutes until golden.

  7. Assemble:
Spread sauce on buns, add patty, lettuce, and tomato.
