Limited Warranty

1. One (1) Year Limited Warranty

Magnifique International Inc. ("Magnifique") warrants that each Magnifique-branded product ("Product") purchased new and unused from cookmagnifique.com or an authorized Magnifique retailer will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase, when used under normal household conditions and operated, cleaned, and maintained in accordance with the Owner's Guide for that Product.

This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and only to the original Product. It is not transferable and does not apply to any subsequent owner. Valid proof of purchase is required. Product registration is not required to obtain warranty coverage.

2. What is covered

  • The Product and the components originally supplied with it, where the Product is found by Magnifique, in its sole discretion, to have a defect in material or workmanship that arises within the one (1) year warranty period.
  • Magnifique will, at its sole option and as your exclusive remedy, repair the Product, replace the Product or the affected component, or refund the original purchase price.
  • Repaired or replacement products and parts may be new or reconditioned to Magnifique standards. If a Product or component is unavailable or discontinued, Magnifique may substitute a product or component of comparable or greater value.
  • Repair or replacement does not extend or restart the warranty period. A repaired or replacement Product is covered for the remainder of the original one (1) year period or thirty (30) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

3. What is not covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover, and Magnifique is not responsible for:

  • Wear parts and consumables. Normal wear and tear of parts that require periodic maintenance or replacement in ordinary use, including but not limited to removable pots, inserts, baskets, racks, trays, pans, filters, gaskets, seals, blades, jars, carafes, and batteries. Replacement parts are available for purchase at cookmagnifique.com.
  • Cosmetic conditions that do not affect performance, including scratches, dents, chips, discoloration, staining, glaze crazing, and finish or surface changes resulting from use, cleaning, or age.
  • Misuse and handling. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, negligent handling, dropping, improper storage, use with the wrong utensils or cleaning agents, dishwasher or immersion cleaning where the Owner's Guide directs otherwise, or failure to perform required cleaning and maintenance (for example, failure to keep the well of the base clear of food, liquid, and debris).
  • Failure to follow instructions, including failure to follow the assembly, operating, cleaning, or care instructions in the Owner's Guide.
  • Damage from parts and accessories not supplied or approved by Magnifique.
  • External causes, including power surges, improper voltage or power supply, electrical or plumbing failures, fire, flood, extreme heat or cold, or pests.
  • Damage in transit or from improper packing, other than damage occurring in transit under Magnifique's control.
  • Unauthorized service or modification. Any Product that has been disassembled, altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Magnifique or a Magnifique-authorized service provider, including damage arising in the course of that shipping, alteration, or repair.
  • Non-household use. Any Product used for commercial, rental, industrial, institutional, or other non-household purposes.
  • Unauthorized or non-standard purchases, including Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplace resellers, and Products sold "as is," used, refurbished by a third party, open-box, or received as a free sample or promotional item, except as expressly stated in writing by Magnifique.
  • Products with missing or altered identification, including any Product whose serial number or model identification has been removed, defaced, or altered.
  • Products purchased, used, or operated outside the United States and Canada.
  • Consequential and incidental damages, as further described in Section 4.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price as described in Section 2 is your sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnifique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the Product or this Limited Warranty, including loss of use, loss of food or other property, property damage, cost of substitute products, lost profits, or costs of removal or reinstallation, whether based in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Magnifique has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Magnifique's total liability exceed the original purchase price paid for the Product.

5. Duration of implied warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the one (1) year term of this Limited Warranty. No warranty applies after that period.

7. How to make a warranty claim

To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, email hi@cookmagnifique.com during the warranty period with:

  1. Your name and contact information;
  2. The Product model, original order number, and email;
  3. Dated proof of purchase from Magnifique or an authorized retailer;
  4. A description of the issue, with photos and videos.

Please have the Product available so we can assist you efficiently. A Customer Service Specialist will provide return and packing instructions. Do not return any Product without first receiving instructions from Magnifique. Products returned without authorization may not be processed or returned to you. Claims must be initiated within the warranty period.

8. Your legal rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or province to province. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations in Sections 4 and 5 may not apply to you. Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Entire warranty

This Limited Warranty is the complete and exclusive warranty offered by Magnifique for the Product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous statements, whether oral or written. No retailer, dealer, employee, agent, or other person is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this Limited Warranty on Magnifique's behalf.
