Refund Policy

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or product quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Our team will review your claim and provide return instructions if the issue qualifies under our product quality warranty. If your return is approved due to a confirmed product quality issue, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

Please note that returns or refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality (such as change of mind, color preference, or misuse) are not covered under this policy.

For items that arrived damaged - Please dispose of safely and in accordance with local laws. There is no need to return.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hi@cookmagnifique.com within the specified time frame.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Exceptions:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items lost during shipping. If your item(s) are lost, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
