Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in our products and are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Shipping costs will be covered by us. We will email you a shipping label for you to print and affix on the packaging of your order.

For items that arrived damaged - Hassle-free refunds or replacements will be provided. Damaged products include but are not limited to: cracked, shattered, scratched, or warping in the frame or glass. Photos of the damage must be provided. Please provide the two photos below:

  1. A photo of the whole item in the frame
  2. A close-up photo of the damage

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at cs@cookmagnifique.com within the specified time frame.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Exceptions:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items lost during shipping. If your item(s) are lost, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
