How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
To provide the Services, we collect personal information about you from a variety of sources, as described below. The information that we collect and use varies depending on how you interact with us. In addition to the specific uses described below, we may use the information we collect to communicate with you, provide or improve the Services, comply with applicable legal obligations, enforce any applicable terms of service, and protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.
What Personal Information We Collect
The types of personal information we obtain about you depend on how you interact with our Services. When we use the term "personal information," we are referring to information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can be associated with you. - Contact details such as your name, address, phone number, and email.

- Customer support information such as the information you choose to include in communications with us, for example when sending a message through the Services or contacting customer support.
Some features of the Services may require you to directly provide us with certain information about yourself. You may elect not to provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing these features.
Payment information. When you make a purchase, your payment card information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processors (including through Shopify). We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
Information We Collect About Your Usage. We may automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services ("Usage Data"). To do this, we may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies ("Cookies"). Usage Data may include information about how you access and use our Services, your device information, version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, information about how you interact with the Services and other websites, what content or products you view, search terms, and information about your purchases or interactions with the Services.
Information We Obtain From Third Parties. We may receive information about you from third parties, including from vendors and service providers who collect information on our behalf, such as:

- Our payment processors, who collect payment information (such as a bank account, credit or debit card information, or billing address) to process your payment in order to fulfill your orders and provide you with products or services you have requested, in order to perform our contract with you.
- When you visit our Services, open or click on emails we send you, or interact with our Services or advertisements, we, or third parties we work with, may automatically collect certain information using online tracking technologies such as pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third-party libraries, and Cookies.
Any information we obtain from third parties will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy of the information provided to us by third parties and are not responsible for any third party's policies or practices. For more information, see the section below, "Third-Party Websites and Links."
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Provide, Tailor, and Improve the Services. We use your personal information to provide you with the Services, including to process your payments, fulfill your orders, send notifications to you related to your account, purchases, returns, exchanges, or other transactions, create, maintain, and otherwise manage your account, arrange for shipping, facilitate any returns and exchanges, enable you to post reviews, and to create a customized shopping experience for you, such as recommending products related to your purchases. This may include using your personal information to better tailor and improve the Services.
- Marketing and Advertising. We use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising, and other communications, including by email, text message, or postal mail (in each case, in accordance with your preferences and applicable law), and to show you advertisements for products or services. This may include using your personal information to better tailor and target the marketing and advertising we provide to you and to understand the effectiveness of the advertising we serve to you. You can opt out of our marketing and promotional communications as described in the "Your Rights and Choices" section below.
- Security and Fraud Prevention. We use your personal information to authenticate your account, provide a secure shopping experience, detect, investigate, or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal, unsafe, or malicious activity, protect public safety, and to secure our Services. If you choose to use the Services and register an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
- Communicating With You and Service Improvement. We use your personal information to provide you with customer support, to be responsive to you, to provide effective services to you, and to maintain our business relationship with you.
- Legal Reasons. We use your personal information to comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal process, including requests from law enforcement or government agencies, to investigate or participate in civil discovery, potential or actual litigation, or other adversarial legal proceedings, and to enforce or investigate potential violations of our terms or policies.
How We Disclose Personal Information
In certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes subject to this Privacy Policy. Such circumstances may include:
- With vendors, service providers, and other third parties who perform services on our behalf (such as companies that provide website and application development, hosting, order fulfillment and shipping, payment processing, information technology, customer support, email delivery, marketing and advertising, analytics, and other services).
- With business and marketing partners to provide marketing services and advertise to you. For example, we use Shopify to support our online store, and we use analytics and advertising partners as described below. Our business and marketing partners will use your information in accordance with their own privacy notices.
- When you direct, request, or otherwise consent to our disclosure of certain information to third parties, such as to ship you products or through your use of social media widgets or login integrations.
- With our affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy, to comply with any applicable legal obligations (including to respond to subpoenas, search warrants, and similar requests), to enforce any applicable terms of service, and to protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.

Relationship With Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to power and improve our Services (including to remember your actions and preferences), to run analytics and better understand user interaction with the Services (in our legitimate interests to administer, improve, and optimize the Services), and to serve advertising. We may also permit third parties and service providers to use Cookies on our Services to better tailor the services, products, and advertising on our Services and other websites.
Most browsers automatically accept Cookies by default, but you can choose to set your browser to remove or reject Cookies through your browser controls. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking Cookies can negatively impact your user experience and may cause some features of the Services, including certain functionality, to become unavailable to you. In addition, blocking or removing Cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners.
Behavioral Advertising
As described above, we use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For more information about how targeted advertising works, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative's ("NAI") educational page at http://www.networkadvertising.org/understanding-online-advertising/how-does-it-work.
You can opt out of targeted advertising through the following platforms, to the extent you use them:
- Google Analytics — https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Meta (Facebook) — https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads
- Google Ads — https://www.google.com/settings/ads/anonymous
- Microsoft (Bing) Ads — https://about.ads.microsoft.com/en-us/resources/policies/personalized-ads
Additionally, you can opt out of some of these services by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out portal at https://optout.aboutads.info/.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights listed below in relation to your personal information. However, these rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances, and, in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law.
- Right to Access / Know. You may have a right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, including details relating to the ways in which we use and share your information.
- Right to Delete. You may have a right to request that we delete personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Correct. You may have a right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Portability. You may have a right to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and, in some circumstances, to ask us to transfer it to a third party where technically feasible.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Information or Targeted Advertising. You may have a right to direct us not to "sell" or "share" your personal information or to opt out of the processing of your personal information for purposes considered "targeted advertising." Please see the "Opting Out of Sale, Sharing, or Targeted Advertising" section below.
- Right to Opt Out of Profiling. You may have a right to opt out of the processing of your personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, if applicable.
- Managing Communication Preferences. You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the emails we send, and you may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. We may still send you non-marketing communications, such as transactional messages about your account or orders.
- Restriction of Processing. You may have the right to ask us to stop or restrict our processing of personal information.
- Withdrawal of Consent. Where we rely on consent to process your personal information, you may have the right to withdraw this consent.
You may exercise any of these rights where indicated on our Services or by contacting us using the contact details provided below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to collect information from you to verify your identity, such as your email address or order information, before providing a substantive response to the request. In accordance with applicable laws, you may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us. We will respond to your request in a timely manner as required under applicable law.
Right to Appeal. If we decline to take action on your request and you are in a state that provides a right to appeal, you may appeal our decision by contacting us using the contact information below. If we deny your appeal, in certain states you may contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.
Opting Out of Sale, Sharing, or Targeted Advertising
We use certain online tracking technologies for advertising to help us market our products and to serve you relevant advertising. This activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising," under the privacy laws of certain U.S. states. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out.
You can opt out of this activity by:
- Using the "Your Privacy Choices" link on our website; and/or
- Broadcasting the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, depending on where you are, we will treat this as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of information (and any other opt-out request treated equivalently under applicable law) for the browser and device you are using. Because a GPC signal is specific to the browser and device you are using, you will need to enable it on each browser and device you use.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, or information about race, ethnicity, health, religion, or sexual orientation) in the ordinary course of providing the Services, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
Children's Data
The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 16 (or a higher age threshold where applicable under the laws of your state). If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the details provided below to request that it be deleted. As of the "Last updated" date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined under applicable law) the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, tax, or reporting requirements, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and for other legitimate business purposes. To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it, and applicable legal requirements.
Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we hold. However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signal. Because there is not yet a consistent industry or legal standard for how to respond to DNT signals, we do not currently alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect a DNT signal from your browser. Where required by law, however, we honor the Global Privacy Control signal as described in the "Opting Out of Sale, Sharing, or Targeted Advertising" section above.
Third-Party Websites and Links
Our Services may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to sites not affiliated or controlled by us, you should review their privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of these sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information found on these sites. Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, including information you share on third-party social networking platforms, may also be viewable by other users and/or users of those platforms.
