Only used it once and just not sure about it. I put meatloaf in and put in on high. When I checked it the bottom was getting too dark way before it was done cooking. I turned it to low and it worked better. The directions are not very good either on how to use it.
I’ve only used it one time I cooked a turkey breast and it was delicious!
This is well worth the money
i wasn't sure at first but now i use it all the time
you cant go wrong with it
I really like this slowcooker. It looks beautiful, cooks really easily and well and is super easy to clean. A great purchase that I’ve already used several times!
Love this Claypot, It saves me so much time in the kitchen, the food that I prepare is really great!
Loving this clay pot vibe for slow cooker. Nice change from the black and chrome crockpots!
Love this, we’ve used a number of times and it is very simple to use the heating element works very well. It’s easy to clean and looks nice.
Great cooking pot. Easy to use, use this daily to cook beans, meat dishes, roast chicken, stews & soup.
Need to add instructions on using timer. Tried to put in 1:15 - one hour fifteen minutes, no indication if what I put in was one hour or one minute! Tried the tiME IN minutes as .75 but timer would not accept that. This was a surprise gift from a daughter and I was looking forward to using it. Now timing chicken 🐓 10 minutes at a time!
I love the pot I only wish it had better instructions
how to operate it cooks beautifully to clean it is a breeze would definitely recommend
I love the versatility of this muti-cooker and will be purchasing one for my daughter for Christmas 🎄❤️
I have thoroughly enjoyed my claypot cooker. It has made making meals with less clean up possible. I was impressed that straight out of the box the non stick qualities of the pot and versatile ability make it one of my favorite new tools. The only thing I’ve had a bit of trouble with is cooking proteins on the sear function. Its can tend to lead to some darkening of the pot in the middle where the burner is and some of the food can tend to stick if not stirred continuously. I have not had too much issue cleaning it up however. Just let it soak in some very hot water and then use a water/baking soda paste and let sit for any staining left behind. Takes everything right up. Great product overall!
This is the best slow cooker I have ever had. It cooks evenly, and haven't had any issues with food sticking. It also has an elegant design - I dont mind leaving it on the counter.
I really like this slow cooker. It’s not as heavy as a Crock Pot but it still has some weight to it. I purchased the green color and it’s gorgeous! I would leave it out all the time if I had the room! I’ve only used it once so far but I made a salt & pepper brisket from Aldi the other day and it turned out amazing! I sautéed a bunch of onions in the pot first and they caramelized nicely, then I seared all sides of the meat, then changed the mode to slow cook on low added beef broth, Worcestershire and soy sauce and cooked it for about 8 hours. At first I was worried because it didn’t just fall apart, but after it rested for 20 minutes, I sliced it against the grain and it cut like “buttah”. Delicious! I can’t wait to try something else soon!
The Magnifique multi cooker is built really well. The pot feels heavy-duty, the lid fits securely, and nothing about it feels cheap. It doubles nicely as a dutch oven too, so you’re not just limited to slow cooking.
I’ve used it for everything from stews and braised short ribs to soups and even bread, and it handles all of it without a problem. The heat distribution is even, and the settings are accurate, which makes a difference.
It’s also very easy to use. The controls are simple, the insert comes out for quick cleaning, and it’s basically a plug-and-go appliance.
Admittedly, I ordered this almost as an after thought when I needed another cooker for a party, but I've been really impressed by it. It's clearly well made and the attention to detail is really appreciated. It includes a stand for the lid and a cork trivet so that the pot can be used for serving at the table. It's even packaged sustainably.
I've been interested in clay pot cooking for a few years now and have also been making an effort to go more and more electric, generally those two things don't mesh well, but this pot achieves it. Years ago, I actually looked for a clay pot electric cooker and nothing like this was available at a half way decent price range.
They claim that it cooks more quickly, and this is actually kind of interesting. Yesterday I wanted to make beef short ribs for dinner, but coming out of the freezer they took forever to thaw and I no longer had time to slow cook them (6-8 hrs per my recipe. So instead, I thought I'd try the braise function which I expected would be somewhere between boiling and slow cooking. After a few hours, I consulted the instruction manual only to discover that it cooked at the same temp as the slow-cook/ high function, a thermometer probe confirmed that it was reaching about 185 inside the pot. At dinner time, I warned my family that the ribs would likely still be tough as they had only cooked for 3.5 hours. But, surprisingly, they were great. Already tender with a very nice flavor. The sear function also worked well.
I can now see myself using this quite a bit, very pleased.
Love this cooker. It cleans so easily with just a sponge wipe. It does cook hot so be careful with some meats like chicken. It is so pretty and i leave it on my counter and use almost daily.
I do like this pot. The one thing I don't like is that it gets really got in the middle and not the rest of the pot. Very hard to brown or sauté.
he Magnifique Claypot Multi-Cooker is amazing. If you’re thinking about getting a new cooker, especially for hotpot or shabu shabu, we highly recommend.
Super Easy to Clean
Cleaning this thing is extremely easy. The claypot lifts right off the base, and it's not very heavy. I can just bring it over to the sink, give it a quick wash, and I’m done. Since it’s a clay, it’s naturally non-stick, so there’s no intense scrubbing like with metal pans and pots.
So Simple to Use
The design is really sleek and straightforward. There aren't any complicated buttons or settings. It’s very beginner-friendly and still feels like a quality, well-built kitchen tool.
Perfect for Shabu Shabu and Hotpot Nights
We mainly got this for shabu shabu and hotpot, and it’s been perfect. It holds a ton of food, so it’s great for family dinners or when friends come over. We’ve also used it to sauté veggies and other quick dishes, and it works just as well. Very versatile and cooks evenly.
Electric
We used to have one of those cookers that ran on butane gas canisters, and honestly, this electric one is so much better. Constantly refilling and dealing with the extra setup was a hassle. An electric plug-in has been far easier and (and eco-friendly).
Final Thoughts
Overall, I’d totally recommend the Magnifique Claypot Multi-Cooker. It’s intuitive, easy to clean, and just makes mealtime more fun and intentional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen or have a nice family-style multi-cooker.
I bought one of these and totally love it. I like all the options for just one person dont have to dirty lots of pans just to have dinner
We have one. Love it. There are two of us. Since wife got it she cooks meals in it multiple times a week. Might be breakable so be careful with pot and lid. Took a few times to get the hang of it. But is the best toy she's ever bought. Took a few times to get the hang of it. But is the best toy she's ever bought.
