Care & Cleaning

1. BEFORE COOKING:

Clean the Multi-Cooker base and AirCrisper unit with a damp cloth.

Wipe the control interface to remove residue.For the Multi-Cooker, we recommend turning the unit on and running the unit for 10 minutes without adding food. Make sure the area is well ventilated. This removes any packaging residue and odor traces that may be present. This is COMPLETELY SAFE and NOT DETRIMENTAL to the performance of the Multi-Cooker.

2. DURING COOKING:

DO NOT CONNECT BOTH UNITS SIMULTANEOUSLY. SEQUENTIAL USE ONLY TO PREVENT OUTLET OVERLOAD AND EQUIPMENT DAMAGE.

DO NOT use the Magnifique Glassspot in the oven or on the stovetop. The glasspot lid is microwave and dishwasher safe.

3. AFTER COOKING:

NEVER submerge the AirCrisper or Multi-Cooker units in water. The glass pot, lid, and crisper disk are dishwasher safe or can be hand-washed with mild dish soap and a soft cloth or sponge. Do not use scouring pads or abrasive materials.

  • This is the only appliance that allows you to slow cook and air fry in the same glass dish. You can get slow cooked tenderness and air fried crispiness without using two appliances. The Combo Air Fryer replaces your slow cooker, air fryer, rice cooker, and even steamer!

  • You can cook with peace of mind knowing the only materials touching your food are 100% Non-Toxic.

    The only thing touching your food is:

    • Food Safe Borosilicate Glass (The same stuff as your glass measuring cups)
    • High-Quality Stainless Steel (The same stuff as your metal silverware)

  • The Glass pot is 4.5 Quarts which means it can hold approx. 18 cups this means:

    • You can make a hearty casserole that can feed about 5-6 people.
    • You can fit 12-15 chicken wings on the Crisper Disk.
    • A 3–4 lb chuck roast with 2 lbs of potatoes and carrots will fit perfectly for a slow-braise.

    Making this the perfect size for feeding a hungry family or preparing appetizers for a party.

  • DO NOT CONNECT BOTH UNITS SIMULTANEOUSLY!

    One plug at a time please!

    While it may be tempting to plug in both at the same time, the power draw required by both can cause outlet overload and cause serious harm to the equipment.

  • The Glass Pot and Glass Lid are dishwasher safe and in most cases can be wiped clean!

    The Crisper Disk and Steam Tray are not dishwasher safe, but can be cleaned in the sink with a little warm water and soap. Any stuck on messes just need a quick 5 minute soak and any pesky messes should come right off.

  • Yes, we have a limited 1 Year Warranty.

    This covers any manufacturer defects of the AirCrisper Unit, Multi-Cooker Unit, Glass Pot, and Glass Lid.

    This does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

  • Units are approximately scheduled to ship by beginning of March. When purchased please keep look for any email updates on shipping.

  • Deposits are refundable up until the time of product launch on March 2nd
