Cilantro Lime Turkey

Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground turkey

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp ground cumin

Juice of 4 limes
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:

Cook the turkey: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.

Add lime juice: Once the turkey is cooked, reduce heat to low. Squeeze in the juice of 4 limes and stir until the meat is evenly coated. Turn off the heat.
- Mix in cilantro: Add the chopped cilantro and toss gently until evenly distributed.
