Claypot Mississippi Pot Roast

Prep Time: 5 m. ● Cook Time: 4-6 h.
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
- 1 (3-4 lb) Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
- ¼ cup (4 Tbsp) Butter
- 4–5 Pepperoncini Peppers
Instructions:
- Place roast in your Claypot Oven. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus mix evenly over the top.
- Add pepperoncini peppers and butter.
- Select SLOW COOK Mode. Set temperature to HIGH and time to 4-6 hours.
- Cook until roast is tender and pulls apart easily.
- Serve with noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
Notes:
- Do not add water or broth — the roast will release enough liquid during cooking.
- For a full meal, add quartered potatoes and baby carrots to the pot during the last 1–2 hours of cooking.
