Korean Claypot Gogi Dubbap

Serves: 3-4 People
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
- 1-2 Tbsp Neutral Oil
- 1 bunch Green Onion
- Salt and Pepper
Sauce Ingredients:
- 6 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 ½ Tbsp Gochujang
- ¾ Tbsp Sesame Oil
- ½ Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
1. Preheat Magnifique Claypot Oven to Sear/Sauté High.
2. Once preheated, add neutral oil and beef.
3. Add salt & pepper as desired while sauteéing and breaking up meat.
4. In a separate bowl, combine light soy sauce, honey, garlic, gochujang, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
5. Once beef has browned and most of the juices have evaporated, add green onions and sauce.
6. Mix until the sauce has fully coated the cooked beef.
7. Here you can either set the Claypot Oven to Keep Warm, or meal prep the leftovers for another day!
8. Serve with rice, some more sesame seeds, green onions, and some type of sriracha sauce and you’ll be hooked!
